Squeekboard, the onscreen keyboard that ships with Phosh, doesn't work with the set location popup in the Weather app in Phosh.

This is a complete and utter hack, and I might revisit this to go about it in a more skilled manner, but the solution I stumbled upon was clicking in the text field of the weather app will bring up an emoji keyboard. Putting an emoji in that field, then opening the text editor and typing the town or zip code of where you want weather shown, selecting that and copying to clipboard, going back into Weather, selecting the emoji you put in the text field and pasting your town will get you where you want.

Sheesh.
